Verztec shares views and educates importance of cultural awareness and effective global communication in major industry events
Verztec is the Gold Sponsor and Lunch Host for the recent Learning & Development Summit held on 23-24 April 2009 at the M Hotel, Singapore. The event was a great success with active sharing of knowledge between L&D and HR professionals, as well as the opportunity for Verztec to educate on the importance of effective global communication in the area of corporate training and HR.

On 6-7 May 2009, Verztec also exhibited in Asia’s largest annual HR event, HR Summit 2009, with overwhelming response. Providing innovative key learning strategies for today’s challenges and changes, this summit saw over 3500 attendees at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Verztec team in London also exhibited in the 8th Annual Responsible Business Summit 2009 held on 11-12 May 2009 at the Business Design Centre, London. As Europe's largest responsible business event, the conference focuses on the evolution of corporate social responsibility.

Launch of new Bangkok Office Marks Continual Growth for Verztec
Despite the global recession, Verztec marks one of its growth milestones on 26 March 2009, as it officially opened an office in Bangkok, Thailand. Verztec’s Bangkok office is located in the Empire Tower at Sathorn District - the Prime Financial District of Bangkok.
Over 100 guests from various companies including L’Oreal, Centre Point and SAMART attended to celebrate the official opening of Verztec Thailand. Senator Teerajit Satirotamawongse graced the opening ceremony, along with Verztec’s CEO - Nicholas Goh. The opening ceremony was then celebrated with a splendid lunch with lots of delicious food, wine-tasting session and lucky draws at the Hu’u Restaurant, Ascott Hotel. Verztec would like to extend special thanks to all guests and sponsors for this event.
